Meredith joined SF|Diligence in 2017 as a Director. Her extensive background in the insurance industry provides a unique perspective on due diligence. Her experience includes merger and acquisition services, business planning, financial management consulting, valuation services, ownership perpetuation and risk assessment.  

 

Meredith has also authored numerous mergers and acquisitions articles for leading insurance industry publications. Prior to joining SF|Diligence, Meredith was at Marsh, Berry & Co., Inc. and Dowling Hales.

Bill has over 25 years of extensive experience in all aspects of insurance agency management with a focus on business valuation and M&A consulting. 

Prior to joining SF|Diligence in 2019, Bill had his own management consulting firm that provided a wide variety of services to business owners.
 
Bill is a contributor to a monthly column on agency management in the Insurance Journal. He also often speaks at industry events and presents workshops online.

Pete began his career in public accounting at BDO USA, LLP.  Pete spent 6 years at BDO and had been promoted to Manager, where he was responsible for concurrently managing multiple teams of associates to complete audit and consulting engagements.  

In 2018, Pete left BDO to join Acrisure’s Finance and M&A team as a Finance Project Manager. This role encompassed a variety of functions, including pre-close M&A work, post-close earnout calculations and other deal processes.  Additionally, Pete was a resource to the accounting team, assisting with complex accounting issues.

In 2020, Pete joined Sica Fletcher as a Managing Director on their Advisory team. He continues to serve in this role today, helping advise clients in the insurance distribution space and other industries as they navigate the future of their business.
